As one of the DevHouse organizers, I spend much of my time making sure everything is going well and that people are happy. I usually make the costco run before the event and help setup everything before it starts. I also am the guy who everyone calls out to when the internet stops working. I also host the event in the South Bay at my parents house in Los Gatos every once in a while as my perents permit. I am not much of a coder of any kind but I find myself hanging out with coders all the time. I work as an IT Consultant mostly doing Microsoft Domain Administration for a few small companies and Linux webhosting through David's Community Colo for a few friends' blogs.

What I do at Dev House:

 • Arrive Early every time, usually after lunchMeble
 • Bring Several Wireless Access Points, Switches, Power Strips and Extenssion Cords.Aukcje
 • Configure and test Router solution, Including Squid for improved shared internet performace.Pendrive
 • Debugging of strange network issues during the event (i.e. someone plugs in a DHCP server)Auctions
 • Network with people that I know and new people that I meet.
 • Sleep at some point.
 • Help with tear down and cleanup.

What I do After a Dev House

 • Brainstorm with Jeff, David and anyone else who hangs around about what we can do better next time.
 • Talk about what we liked and didnt like about the event.
 • Plan the next event.
 • When I am not planning devhouse activities I work as a Systems Engineer for Abrevity Inc., an enterprise data classification company
