Pizza was good. 20 pies, slightly low. 22-25 would've been perfect.

9am crew had no lunch, needed something.

 

Vibe would've carried us to 2 or 3am. Start later, go later

This one 1-11pm. Maybe should go 3-Midnight, 3pm-1am.

 

Lightning Talks

Location was good

Sound setup was great.

Should've setup beforehand.

Broadcast in realtime. No one had url. Advance broadcast of the URL. Get internet there. Tell local people to not go there.

Streaming not too costly, but need to properly plan ahead.

 

Quality

Too many this time. Came in too late.

Was loud enough that people could locate talks from anywhere on the premises! Good!

 

Devhouse Trailer

$1k - $2k used, $6k new.

Problem is loading and unloading _multiple_ times per event, and always relying on Tom.

 

Internet was awesome!

Make sure to ask for donations with dinner, pull in significantily higher donations.

Do much more night-before setup; need to distribute setup across more people.

Get funding for Devhouse trailer (MDV / Donations).
